1.1 Please allow the following preparation time for the respective packages:-
1.1.1 Package A - 3 days
1.1.2 Package B - 4 days
1.1.3 Package C - 5 days

3.0 Delivery
3.1 We aim to deliver your order as close as possible to your requested delivery/collection
time.
3.2 Customer agrees to accept delivery of the products at the agreed time and location of delivery
3.3 Large quantities order can only be fulfilled at the discretion of Churros Royale
3.4 Products are subject to availability. If your products are not available, we will contact you and verify with your
confirmation and a reasonable substitute of equivalent quality and price. This may affect the price of the
amended package.
3.5 Prices subject to 5% Government tax and Delivery charge (please refer Delivery Coverage for details). Only
Party Pack Churros will be delivered. Limited delivery areas subject to availability of delivery personnel and
permitted
4.0 Prices and Payment
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in writing the prices quoted by Churros Royale, all package's prices are inclusive of 5%
Govt. tax & respective Delivery charges.
4.2 The price of the Products will be as quoted and confirmed upon receive of our confirmation email.
4.3 You can pay by any of the methods listed below:

5.0 Limitation of Liabilities
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Churros Royale excludes all liability arising out of its supply of the
Products and in particular shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of or
in connection with delay beyond the estimated time or date of delivery; any circumstances over which Churros
Royale had no control of the consequences and which Churros Royale could not avoid by the exercise of
reasonable care, or any indirect or unforeseeable loss suffered or incurred by the Customer or others.
5.2 In any event, Churros Royale's liability to the Customer will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant
items.
